we can make a difference

Let’s help together

Facilitating connections is all about doing something great for the community, especially during a pandemic like this one. We are looking to partner with a network of supportive organizations and businesses to achieve our philanthropic goals. When your organization partners to provide supplies, assist in logistics, or locate beneficiaries, you help create a fairer and more just community. And your generosity, passion, and commitment will return in echoed loyalty from the community.

More People, More Impact

The COVID-19 outbreak is affecting people in unprecedented ways. While many of us are fortunate enough to have the finances and sustenance we need during this crisis, others are a little less fortunate. As a concerned community, it is our responsibility and privilege to help those who are struggling to make ends meet, disadvantaged by age, and lacking in resources. It is in situations like these that we all have to work together as a society. We don’t help just because we can. We help because we care.
